Dear Hooksett Memorial Parents/Guardians and Staff,

We have completed the notification process of the individuals who were in close contact with the confirmed case of COVID-19. We have also submitted that information to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) so they can complete their contact tracing process as well.

Individuals who have been notified by the school will also be notified by the DHHS.

Students will be allowed to return to school on Thursday, October 15, 2020, with the exception of the specific individuals who were in close contact with the confirmed case.  Again, those individuals have been contacted by the school.

We have requested that the NH DHHS notify the building Principal once they have completed their contact tracing and notifications.
