Hooksett School Board Advances Facilities Project for March 2026 Ballot

The Hooksett School Board voted on Tuesday, November 18, to move forward with a comprehensive facilities project that will appear on the March 2026 ballot. The project reflects the Board’s approval of the recommendation presented by the Facilities Committee.

This year’s proposal includes a broader scope than the project presented last year. The plan will address all Priority 1 items identified at Hooksett’s three schools, as well as Priority 2 and Priority 3 needs at Hooksett Memorial School.

The priority lists were developed by Harvey Construction and The Turner Group, firms contracted by the District in July to conduct a full assessment of facility needs and create a ranked priority plan.

The proposed project totals $7.25 million and is recommended to be funded through a 15-year bond with level annual payments.

A full facilities audit, project details, and supporting materials are available on the Hooksett School District website under “Documents & Reports”: https://hooksettschoolboard.sau15.net/documents-reports/
