Introduction Letter from HMS Assistant Principal, Bill Hinkle

Dear friends, colleagues, students and families of Hooksett

I would like to thank the Hooksett Memorial community for welcoming me as the new assistant principal. I started my career as the band director for Hollis Brookline Middle School and moved into administration first at the middle level and most recently at Epping Elementary School. This will be my fourteenth year in education and I am very excited to learn and grow with the students of Hooksett Memorial School.

I strongly believe that schools are central, driving forces in the community. Both Brad and I are looking forward to welcoming you into our school and working together to ensure the success of our students. Throughout my career I have seen amazing things happen for kids when we all roll up our sleeves and work together. I personally am committed to creating a loving, safe, dynamic environment where our kids can grow, learn and play.

I live in Nashua with my wife Jenn, and our two boys, Will (8) and Ben (5) . As a parent of elementary schoolers, I am in the trenches with you! Our family has a great time in our vegetable garden, taking bike rides and hitting the beach. Ultimately, when I interact with students, I pull from my experience as a parent and an educator knowing that we are here to help students reach their goals.

I look forward to talking with and meeting all of you as we start this journey together. We are here to support each other in the interest of our kids’ success!

Sincerely,

Bill Hinkle
Assistant Principal
