Our school conducted the annual Spelling Bee on January 24, with class competitions and a whole school competition for grades 4 and 5. Congratulations to our school champion, Naima Elmera, a Fifth grader in Mrs. Godbout’s class. Kaden Wood, in Mrs. Rehm’s fourth grade class, was our runner-up and will be the alternate to the state bee. The 2018 New Hampshire State Spelling Bee will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 1:00 PM, at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord. The student to emerge as the top speller will represent the Granite State at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. in May. Good luck to Naima!
